TrueVocalAI helps you find public conversations where people are asking for products or services like yours, and drafts suggested replies in your voice. You review and decide whether to post every reply yourself. The Service never posts on your behalf without your explicit action.

You are responsible for the replies you choose to post and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform (such as Reddit, Instagram, or Facebook) where you post them. You agree to use the Service honestly: to disclose your affiliation where relevant, to avoid spam, and not to post misleading or prohibited claims.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to harass others, to post unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, or to circumvent the safeguards that keep replies honest and human-approved.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are shown before you subscribe. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results, and we are not liable for how third-party platforms treat content you post. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
